Void Bets. A bet will be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled before it starts; the event does not achieve the minimum qualifying duration required to produce a result; a pricing error is identified; or the event is subject to match-fixing investigation at the time of settlement.
Cricket & PSL. All s789 cricket betting, including PSL markets, is settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or the PSL organiser). In the event of a DLS result, bets are settled on the official DLS outcome. Matches abandoned without a result in the minimum qualifying overs required will be settled as void.
In-Play Betting. In-play markets on s789 are suspended during key events (wickets, boundaries, etc.) as required by the in-play feed. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted. Accepted in-play bets are final once confirmed — withdrawal of in-play bets after acceptance is not permitted.
Postponed Matches. If a match is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original start time, bets will stand. If the rescheduled date falls beyond 48 hours, bets will be settled as void and stakes returned.
Player and Team Markets. Where a player listed in a market does not participate in the match at all — for example, a top batsman market where the player is not selected in the playing XI — the relevant selection will be voided and the stake returned or the bet settled on remaining selections.
